Too many alerts in Hardware Sentry: we heard you!

Some of our users were complaining about the excessive sensitivity of the KM when an underlying instrumentation layer, such as an SNMP agent, intermittently stoped responding.
We’ve made the 1.7.00 version cleverer about sorting out actual instrumentation failures (signal) from false positives (noise). As a result Hardware Sentry users will experience fewer missing device and failed connector alerts.
