This means that you can order it directly from BMC Software under the same conditions as any other BMC product. The BMC Software License Agreement (SLA) will apply to your purchase and support will be provided by BMC Software. The great benefit is that you have a single interface - BMC Software - for all your BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management products.

From a BMC Software reseller

Since the licenses for Sentry Software Adapters for BMC Atrium Orchestrator are offered under the same conditions as any other BMC Software product, you can contact your regular BMC Software retailer to purchase this license and its associated maintenance services. Depending on your purchase conditions with the retailer, the maintenance will be provided by the retailer’s support team or by BMC Software.
